Rob earned a bachelor of science degree in radiation technology from Wayne State University as well as a master’s degree in radiological physics. He also is a diplomate of the American Board of Radiology in therapeutic radiological physics.
After graduating from Wayne State, Rob worked as a therapist, dosimetrist and clinical supervisor. He has served as head of research and development at a leading radiation safety company and as chief medical physicist for a Grand Rapids-based healthcare company.
With more than 25 years of experience, and having commissioned 83 linear accelerators around the world along the way, Rob is a great asset for patients in mid-Michigan.
Rob oversees Compass’s clinical services, safety measures and treatments. Devoted to developing and improving patient treatments, he has always believed in compassionate patient care and bringing the best in big centers to local communities.
Rob and his wife have two daughters and he enjoys boating and fishing. In his spare time, he also teaches radiation physics courses as an adjunct professor at Grand Valley State University.
